2024-2025 marks Mrs. Mary Maldonado's 3rd year as principal of Justice Elementary.

Mrs. Maldonado has over 20 years of experience in education as an intermediate teacher, curriculum coach, professional growth and effectiveness leader, assistant principal and principal.

Mrs. Maldonado earned her certifications as a Supervisor of Instruction and Principal from Asbury University. She received her Masters of Arts in Elementary Education from Georgetown College with an endorsement in reading and writing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky.

Mrs. Maldonado and her family moved to Winchester in 2018. She and her husband, Rick, have five children.
